Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Growth Manager to join the SAMEA Growth team, driving Premium growth across MENAT+ markets from Istanbul. You will plan and execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns, analyse subscriber trends, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and local teams to bring Premium to life through paid media and culturally relevant initiatives.

You will own multi-market growth initiatives, run experiments, and use analytics to optimize campaigns, with a strong emphasis on experimentation,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth marketing or digital marketing experience in consumer-focused business.
• Hands-on experience delivering CRM, lifecycle, and digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ability to design and evaluate A/B tests and translate insights into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of Premium growth initiatives across selected MENAT+ markets.
• Plan, build, and deliver CRM and lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app) from brief to launch.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention through data analysis.
• Partner with Marketing, Music, and local market teams for culturally relevant campaigns.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to run digital campaigns and manage timelines/budgets.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and translate results into recommendations.
• Work with Product, Data Science, and Payments to identify growth opportunities and inform priorities.
• Track performance and contribute to growth playbooks using AI tools when helpful.
