Job summary

Assistant App is seeking a growth-focused leader to own activation, retention, and monetization across its mobile portfolio. You will drive onboarding design, experimentation, and both organic and paid growth via ASO/ASA, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role demands ownership, rapid iteration, and clear communication in Turkish and English, with a remote-friendly setup and a path to scale MAU from millions toward 10M by 2027.

Qualifications

• Has successfully grown at least one mobile app with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics (retention cohorts, funnels, attribution).
• Experience with ASO / ASA.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adapty, etc.
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Strong execution mindset (not just strategy).

Responsibilities

• Own ASO and ASA strategy (organic and paid growth).
• Design the entire user journey from onboarding to retention.
• Set up A/B tests, analyze results, and turn insights into action.
• Influence and shape the product roadmap with a growth mindset.
• Run paywall and monetization experiments to increase LTV across apps.
• Work closely with the development team and clearly define what needs to be built.
