Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing within a consumer-focused digital business.
• Hands-on experience delivering CRM, lifecycle and multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to design and evaluate A/B tests and translate results into actions.
• Familiar with metrics such as LTV, CAC and gross margin; strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of Premium growth initiatives across selected MENAT+ markets.
• Plan, build, and deliver CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email, push and in-app messaging.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion and retention through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Music and local teams to bring Premium to life via paid media and campaigns.
• Partner with paid media teams to manage digital campaigns across social channels.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests; translate results into practical recommendations.
• Work with Product, Data Science, and Payments teams to test capabilities and guide priorities.
• Track performance and contribute to growth playbooks; leverage AI tools where helpful.
