Job summary

BtcTurk is expanding its regional growth via BtcTurk MENA and seeks an experienced Digital Growth Manager to own the UAE and GCC growth engine. You will drive acquisition, activation and retention with data-driven, scalable strategies and manage cross-channel campaigns in Arabic and English.

You will lead A/B testing, attribution, and lifecycle marketing, optimize CAC and payback, and collaborate with product for in-product growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Digital Growth or Performance Marketing, fintech/crypto or high-growth apps.
• Proven track record of scaling user acquisition while owning growth and acquisition metrics.
• Hands-on expertise across digital acquisition channels, attribution, experimentation and CRM tools.
• Strong grasp of CAC, payback and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital growth strategy for the UAE and GCC markets across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Own growth targets and key metrics (CAC, conversion, payback, retention), along with the paid acquisition budget.
• Manage and optimize acquisition channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, app acquisition (including ASO) and affiliate.
• Drive full-funnel growth from acquisition to first transaction and active usage.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion optimization across landing pages, onboarding, messaging, creative and offers, including Arabic and English localization.
• Build attribution, tracking and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Own lifecycle and CRM campaigns, and partner with Product on referral and in-product growth initiatives.
• Ensure campaigns align with regulatory and compliance requirements.

BtcTurk, the group behind Turkey’s first cryptocurrency exchange serving over 6 million users, is expanding into the UAE and the wider region through BtcTurk MENA.

• Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
• UAE/GCC market experience is a strong plus, as is experience launching in new markets.
