Job summary

Spotify is seeking a Growth Manager to join the SAMEA Growth team, driving Premium growth across MENAT+ markets from Istanbul. You will plan and execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns, analyse subscriber trends, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and local teams to bring Premium to life through paid media and culturally relevant initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of Premium growth initiatives across selected MENAT+ markets.
• Plan, build, and deliver CRM and lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app) from brief to launch.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention through data analysis.
• Partner with Marketing, Music, and local market teams for culturally relevant campaigns.
• Collaborate with paid media teams to run digital campaigns and manage timelines/budgets.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and translate results into recommendations.
• Work with Product, Data Science, and Payments to identify growth opportunities and inform priorities.
• Track performance and contribute to growth playbooks using AI tools when helpful.

Job description

We're looking for a Growth Manager to join Spotify's SAMEA Growth team within Markets and Subscriptions. You'll help more listeners discover, choose, and stay with Spotify Premium across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, Pakistan, and CIS markets (MENAT+).

Working closely with local market teams and colleagues across Marketing, Product, Data, and Commercial, you'll turn growth opportunities into campaigns, experiments, and measurable results. Our team combines local market knowledge, creativity, and data to build meaningful listener experiences and grow Premium subscriptions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, learning through experimentation, and making things happen. You'll take ownership of growth initiatives across multiple markets, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimisation, helping shape how Spotify Premium grows across a diverse and dynamic region.

What You'll Do

• Own the execution of Premium growth initiatives across selected MENAT+ markets, contributing to subscriber and revenue growth.
• Plan, build, and deliver customer relationship management (CRM) and lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, from initial brief through launch and optimisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention by analysing listener behaviour, campaign performance, and subscription trends.
• Partner with Marketing, Music, and local market teams to bring Premium to life through paid media, artist collaborations, cultural moments, and locally relevant campaigns.
• Collaborate with paid media teams and agencies to deliver effective digital campaigns across social and other channels, managing timelines, briefs, and budgets.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests across owned and paid channels, translating results into practical recommendations and future growth opportunities.
• Work with Product, Data Science, and Payments teams to identify growth opportunities, test new capabilities, and build evidence that informs product priorities.
• Track performance, communicate insights, and contribute to business cases and shared growth playbooks, using AI-powered tools where relevant to improve analysis, planning, and execution.

Who You Are

• You bring 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field within a consumer-focused digital business.
• You have hands-on experience building and delivering CRM, lifecycle, and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of the customer journey.
• You know how to design and evaluate A/B tests, interpret results, and turn insights into meaningful improvements.
• You understand how acquisition, conversion, and retention contribute to subscription growth, and you're familiar with metrics such as customer lifetime value, subscriber acquisition cost, and gross margin.
• You are confident working with analytics platforms, CRM tools, and experimentation frameworks. Experience with SQL and subscription-based businesses would be valuable.
• You are organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities, taking ownership of delivery, identifying challenges early, and finding practical solutions.
• You enjoy collaborating with people across different functions and markets, communicate clearly, and bring curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn. You're also comfortable using AI tools to support your work.
• You communicate effectively in English and are proficient in Arabic or Turkish. Knowledge of both languages, or additional proficiency in French, would be an advantage.

• This role is based in Istanbul.
