Job summary

Egedeniz Textile is seeking an Account Executive to join the Marketing & sales/ customer relations team in Izmir. The role covers end-to-end management of international accounts, coordinating with production and quality teams, and daily customer communications.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in textiles, fluent English, strong MS Office skills, and ERP experience. On-site position in Çiğli, Izmir with global client interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Executive Assistant in the textile/apparel industry.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken — daily communication with international customers
• Strong command of MS Office and comfort with digital tools
• Preferably experience with an ERP system (caniasERP, SAP, EDS or similar)

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of assigned international accounts, from order confirmation to shipment
• Coordination with production, planning and quality teams throughout sampling, production and delivery
• Daily correspondence with customers; handling quotations and order approvals
• Keeping order and process data up to date in the ERP system
• Communicating customer requirements accurately and on time to the relevant departments.
