Job summary

Trenkwalder Turkey is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the end-to-end order process, ensure timely communication with customers, and coordinate with internal teams across Europe. The role involves handling complaints, preparing samples, and reporting to the Customer Service Manager Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in textiles, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a textile company.
Team-oriented and able to work effectively with different departments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and follow up the entire process from customer order to delivery.
Maintain close and effective communication with customers to ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner.
Register and follow up customer complaints with the relevant departments.
Coordinate with internal departments and follow up the process until completion.
Carry out the necessary preliminary preparations in line with customer requirements.
Report directly to the Customer Service Manager Europe.
Prepare customer samples and coordinate their shipment.
