Job summary

Lenzing Group in Istanbul, Türkiye invites Textile experts to join as an Employee in Commercial Textiles. The role emphasizes dyeing and finishing and provides technical customer support to clients across Turkey, Africa and the CIS region.

You will work with Sales, Business Development and Marketing, resolving fiber quality issues, supporting trials and new applications, and training teammates. English at B2 level is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering or similar field.
• 7+ years of technical experience in textile production, especially in dyeing & finishing technologies; basic knowledge of spinning, weaving and knitting.
• Strong knowledge of textile machinery and the textiles market.
• Troubleshooting capability with analytical testing.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Good English (B2); German skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical customer support for processing all Lenzing fibers and build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with textile machinery and chemical industry partners; support technical events and training.
• Work with Sales, Business Development, Marketing and local agents to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate fiber quality issues, support claim resolution and provide technical expertise for complaints.
• Support and optimize CRM, databases and quality management processes.
• Generate technical information to support new concepts and cross-functional activities.
• Assist customers with product development, trials, new applications and laboratory testing.

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

This position will provide support tocustomers across Turkey, Africa and CIS at a primary, secondary & tertiary level with amain focus on dyeing & finishing.

You will provide technical customer support regarding processing all Lenzing fibers, explaining their properties while building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs.

You will collaborate with textile machinery and chemical industry partners, support technical events, and contribute to building up theteam with additionaltraining and development.

You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing teams, and local agents to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will investigate fiber quality issues, support claim resolution, and provide technical expertise for customer complaints.

You will support and optimize communication tools, CRM systems, databases, and quality management processes.

You will generate technical information to support new concepts, applications, and cross-functional customer service activities.

You will assist customers with product development, trials, new applications, and laboratory testing related to technical inquiries and complaints.

Your ideal profile for this exciting role

You hold a degree inTextile Technology, Textile Engineering or similar field.

You have at least 7 years oftechnical experience in textile production, especially in dyeing & finishing technologies withbasic knowledge of spinning, weaving and knitting.

You have considerable knowledge of textile machinery and the textilesmarket.

You are capable of trouble shooting, having the knowledge of and performing analytical testing.

You have effective communication and negotiation skilles

You have good English level (B2),German skills are desirable.
