Job summary

FOCUS Hotmelt is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to deliver high‑performance adhesive solutions to the hygiene industry across Turkey, the Middle East, Africa and Russia. This role combines technical service, application support and business development.

You will conduct production trials, lead product evaluations and customer training at sites, develop long‑term partnerships, and collaborate with R&D, Production and Quality teams to meet regional sales objectives. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and commercial support to customers across the TMEA and Russia regions.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead product evaluations, machine trials, and application development activities at customer sites.
• Analyze technical requirements and recommend suitable adhesive solutions.
• Troubleshoot product performance and process-related issues with customers.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and support new customer acquisition activities.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Manage sample requests, trial planning, project follow-ups, and documentation.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to provide effective customer solutions.
• Support the achievement of regional sales objectives through technical expertise and customer engagement.
