Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in construction or coating chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP.
• Experience with coatings, mortar, adhesives, or building materials manufacturers.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and distributors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
