Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in construction or coating chemicals.
- Strong knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP.
- Experience with coatings, mortar, adhesives, or building materials manufacturers.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and distributors.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for construction and coating chemical additives
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities in the coatings, painting, and construction materials sectors
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
