Job summary

BCI Holding SA is seeking a Sales & BD Manager based in Mersin, Turkey, to drive sales and business activities for flexible packaging laminating adhesives across CIS markets. You will lead new customer development and manage distributor relationships, while also monitoring market trends.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, with fluency in Russian and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in flexible packaging or related chemical industries.
• Distributor and key account management experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the CIS region business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business expansion for BCI’s Flexible Packaging Adhesives across CIS markets.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the flexible packaging industry.
• Manage and develop existing customers and distributor networks across CIS countries.
• Promote and sell laminating adhesive solutions across the assigned markets.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables.
