Job summary

solarVis is seeking an Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development Team in Ankara, Türkiye. You will execute heavy outbound calling to decision-makers across international markets and combine phone outreach with emails and LinkedIn to build a strong pipeline.

You will qualify leads against our ICP, articulate solarVis value, and maintain meticulous CRM records to ensure smooth handoffs to AEs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B SaaS or digital product sales experience.
• Strong storytelling skills in English.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outbound Calling: Execute heavy daily outbound calling campaigns to decision-makers across international target markets.
• Objection Handling: Navigate gatekeepers and deliver compelling pitches with quick thinking.
• Multi-Channel Prospecting: Combine phone outreach with emails and LinkedIn for higher connection rates.
• Lead Qualification: Assess inbound/outbound prospects against ICP for pipeline alignment.
• Value Pitching: Clearly articulate solarVis core value proposition during live calls.
• Pipeline Generation & CRM Discipline: Schedule discovery meetings and maintain CRM records.
