Insider One is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to identify and reach out to prospective sales opportunities, acting as the backbone of the sales process. The role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, performing outbound outreach, and learning the market dynamics across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in English & Arabic.
• University degree in a related field.
• Experience as SDR or Inside Sales is a plus.
• Fair understanding of ecommerce markets.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Natural on the phone with strong dialing skills.
• Interest in market research and lead generation.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the assigned region to help global sales teams boost performance.
• Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads.
• Follow up with prospects through outbound calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Brainstorm with the team to identify key players and generate interest in Insider One products.
• Maintain and expand the prospect database in assigned segments.
