Responsibilities

• Coordinate omnichannel campaigns across relevant sales and marketing channels.
• Manage international e-commerce customers and identify new business development opportunities.
• Manage relationships with assigned e-commerce customers and contribute to targets.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute joint e-commerce business plans for key accounts.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce sales performance and plan campaigns to drive growth.
• Follow global trends and best practices to keep the team up to date on product assortment and campaigns.
• Drive growth and profitability of the e-commerce channel through distribution optimization.
• Manage SKU assortment and trade marketing budgets in coordination with Finance and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams on e-commerce strategy.
• Analyze customer experience and purchase journey to improve KPIs and actions.
