Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and manage a growing account base within the global supply chain field.

You will identify opportunities, develop strategic plans and lead negotiations to drive revenue across multiple services. The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, proficiency in English, Turkish and strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training as a forwarding specialist.
• 5+ years’ B2B sales experience in the Supply Chain Industry preferred.
• Fluent oral and written English and communicative Turkish is a must.
• Resolves complex problems with independent action and strong problem-solving skills.
• Competitive and confident with persuasive and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business across all core competencies.
• Identify, initiate and engage with clients to provide sustained and profitable revenue streams across multiple services.
• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales quota and budget.
• Collaborate with local, regional and international operations to meet customers’ needs.
• Present a range of logistics solutions to create multiple entry points into accounts.
• Conduct sales and negotiation meetings and prepare offers and calculations.
• Maintain CRM data and coordinate cross-departmental topics in the CRM.
• Plan and execute customer visits and ensure regular review meetings.
