Qualifications

• Proven track record in identifying market opportunities and delivering growth.
• Deep knowledge of Türkiye's project logistics market and target accounts.
• Experience leading complex bids (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and cross-functional deals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Area revenue and GP targets for Türkiye and Eastern Mediterranean markets.
• Define growth strategy, pricing, and profitability aligned with regional goals.
• Own opportunity qualification, pipeline governance, and CRM discipline.
• Engage EPCs, OEMs, and public-sector stakeholders in project opportunities.
• Lead bids with Sales and Solution Design, ensuring competitive, compliant solutions.
• Coordinate handover to Operations with clear scope and risk ownership.
• Drive cross-border pipeline growth through collaboration across Areas.
• Support negotiations, contract reviews, and risk management with Legal.
• Act as SME for project logistics across equipment types and transport modes.
