Job summary

Famacy Glass seeks an experienced Export Sales professional to proactively identify and develop overseas client relationships for glassware products. You will lead communications in English, provide quotations and samples, and guide routine negotiations through contract signing.

Responsibilities include managing the full order lifecycle, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, and monitoring market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science and Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in pharma, healthcare, or glass packaging.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to independently follow up with clients and close orders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop overseas glassware clients via trade fairs, social media, and other B2B channels.
• Communicate with overseas clients in English, provide quotations and samples, and lead negotiations.
• Manage full order lifecycle from entry to delivery, coordinating with production and logistics.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market demand to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with international trade procedures, LC, customs, and inspections.
• Support Export Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and team activities.
