Zusammenfassung

Akcoat is seeking a Glass Coatings Sales Executive to strengthen its international market presence. You will manage functional glass coating product sales, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical solutions while coordinating trials and implementation with production teams.

The role requires a chemistry/engineering or related degree, at least 5 years in technical sales or related fields, excellent English, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Preferably minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or technical support within the glass, coatings, chemicals, or related industries.
• Experience in glass coating technologies and industrial coating applications is preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel.
• Resident in or willing to relocate to İstanbul, Kocaeli or Sakarya.

Aufgaben

• Manage sales activities for functional glass coating products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers' technical and production teams.
• Coordinate product trials, qualifications, and implementation processes.
• Support new product development activities by conveying market and customer insights to the R&D team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technological developments.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to business growth through new customer acquisition and market development initiatives.
