Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Regional Export Director to lead growth across international markets from Turkey and beyond. The role includes P&L ownership, shaping expansion strategies, and managing distributor and affiliate networks to maximize performance.

You'll guide cross-functional teams, drive new business development, and steward budgets to optimize resources, with fluency in English and exposure to regulated sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from BA or Engineering, master's degree would bring advantage.
• Proven experience managing export markets across multiple geographies within FMCG, Chemicals, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong track record in distributor management, business development, and regional sales leadership roles.
• Experience with complex, regulated products and long-cycle commercial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage regional P&L responsibility.
• Strong people leadership background.
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
