Job summary

Interplast Kimya / Anex seeks an experienced Export Sales Executive to drive growth in the global chemical raw materials market. You will define export strategies, penetrate new markets, and lead B2B negotiations while expanding an international account portfolio.

You will manage CRM and pipelines in Salesforce, coordinate with R&D, technical, and logistics teams, and represent the company at international trade events to maximize revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years of export sales experience in chemical raw materials.
• Proven track record in building international client portfolios.
• Excellent command of English; another foreign language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute export growth strategies for targeted international regions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and agreements for sustainable sales.
• Manage CRM and pipeline data to forecast sales and opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, technical, and logistics teams to tailor solutions.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and client meetings.
