Job summary

Otokoç Konya Volvo is seeking an experienced After Sales Services Leader to drive service targets, profitability, and strategic initiatives in the Konya region. You will lead service planning, budget adherence, and investment decisions to improve workshop performance and customer acquisition.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive after-sales with managerial experience, strong leadership, and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years (3 years managerial) experience in the automotive industry.
• Have managerial skills.
• Have technical knowledge about after-sales service.
• Strong communication, representation and persuasion skills.
• Able to think analytically and build systems.
• Driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Determine annual number of services, turnover, and profitability targets and create an annual business plan.
• Establishing and implementing strategies to achieve objectives.
• Check compliance of service expenses with the budget and manage resources.
• Determine annual investment plans for the service and ensure implementation.
• Carry out improvement activities to increase workshop efficiency.
• Plan and implement activities to gain new customers.
