Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking an experienced Plant Director for a global client in automotive and defense, with advanced engineering and high-technology manufacturing.You will lead strategy, P&L, and cross-functional operations while expanding international growth and partnerships.This role requires 15+ years in relevant sectors and at least 5 years in senior management, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), preferably with a Master’s or MBA.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in senior management.
• Strong experience in sales, business development, and international growth.
• Proven track record in operations management, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization.
• Mastery of quality systems, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in managing and developing cross-functional teams.
• Advanced level of English (written and verbal).
