Job summary

You will manage site merchandising, ensure new products launches with correct content and visuals, and coordinate with digital marketing, logistics, CRM, and design teams to deliver an end-to-end customer journey.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, at least 3 years in e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with CMS and marketplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail.
• Analytical mindset with quick problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with CMS, marketplace platforms, and reporting tools.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• On-site in Ataşehir.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site merchandising processes to maximize product visibility and customer engagement.
• Oversee the launch of new products with correct content and visuals.
• Monitor product listings, stock levels, and online campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to optimize sales and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, logistics, CRM, and design teams for a seamless journey.
• Continuously explore new e-commerce opportunities and contribute fresh ideas.
