Job summary

Philips International is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Key Account Manager to lead growth for our Turkish market across top online retailers. You will take full commercial ownership of assigned accounts, leveraging data-driven decision making and strong customer relationships.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail Media, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure our brands are visible, competitive, and successful online, with end-to-end ownership of revenue, margins, forecasting,

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business or related field.
Strong understanding of online customers and digital business models.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of e-commerce business across key online customers in Turkish market.
Own accounts end-to-end: revenue, margin, forecasting, promotions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Retail Media, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
Develop and execute customer-specific e-commerce strategies and annual joint business plans.
Monitor performance with dashboards and adjust plans to improve conversion, traffic, content score and OSA.
