Job summary

FELLAS FOODS is seeking a detail-oriented E-Com Operations Jr. Specialist to manage end-to-end order fulfillment across marketplaces, our Shopify site, and retail channels. You will monitor orders, resolve integration errors, and ensure timely dispatch through cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in e-commerce ops, and strong analytical, planning, and communication skills. Experience with Trendyol/Hepsiburada and Entegra is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Proficiency in seller panels of marketplaces such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and similar platforms.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and results-oriented working skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to take initiative in operational processes.
• Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Experience with retail and quick-commerce channels such as Amazon Vendor, Getir, or Yemeksepeti is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce integration platforms such as Entegra or similar solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily order flows across marketplaces, the Shopify website, and retail channels.
• Identify and promptly resolve errors in order, product, and inventory integrations.
• Identify marketplace orders approaching their shipping deadlines and proactively notify the relevant teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce shipping and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with platforms, warehouses, and shipping carriers to resolve missing, incorrect, or delayed deliveries.
• Monitor and manage return, cancellation, and exchange processes.
• Regularly monitor inventory levels and request timely replenishment from the relevant teams for products approaching critical stock levels.
• Ensure inventory levels and pricing remain consistent across all sales platforms.
• Track store performance metrics, including late shipment rates, cancellation rates, and seller ratings, as well as changes in marketplace rules and policies.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Support commission, payment settlement, and invoice reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with the Customer Experience team to ensure marketplace customer inquiries and messages are answered accurately and on time.
