Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Manager in Istanbul to lead regional field engagement teams, plan activities, and drive on-site collaboration with partners.

You will use data analytics to improve performance, speed, and satisfaction across field activities, reporting to head office and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires 3–4 years of experience in field operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, SQL knowledge, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Graduates from Engineering faculties (preferred) or Economics and Administrative Sciences.
• 3–4 years of experience in managing field operations, leading teams, or driving process improvements.
• Strong technical foundation: advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel, and preferably SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and set strategic goals for field engagement teams with strong leadership for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate engagement, motivation, and retention projects in the field to improve platform experience for business partners.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• We are looking for candidates who have graduated from Engineering faculties (preferred) or Economics and Administrative Sciences,
• You should have at least 3–4 years of experience in managing field operations, leading teams, or driving process improvements,
• A strong technical foundation is essential, specifically advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel, and preferably a working knowledge of SQL,
• We expect you to have proven experience in leading field engagement teams and a track record of effectively tracking performance metrics,
• As this is a field-centric role, you should be eager to spend a significant portion of your time on-site, communicating directly with business partners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• You must possess strong persuasion skills and the ability to serve as a professional communication bridge between field stakeholders and the head office,
• Proficiency in English is required to successfully manage operational processes and follow through with international reporting standards.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this role, you will be responsible for planning the activities and setting strategic goals for your field engagement teams while providing strong leadership to ensure maximum operational efficiency,
• You will take a hands-on approach to improving the platform experience of our business partners by personally coordinating engagement, motivation, and retention projects directly in the field,
• Leveraging your data-driven mindset, you will monitor field operations using advanced analysis tools to identify potential bottlenecks and develop proactive solutions,
• You will be expected to develop and implement data-backed models aimed at optimizing operational speed and increasing partner satisfaction across all field activities,
• A key part of your responsibility will involve analyzing field performance and partner feedback through technical metrics to prepare comprehensive management reports.
