DeFacto is seeking a qualified professional to develop and manage the end-to-end E-commerce (B2C) shipping processes at our Arnavutköy Logistics Center. You will supervise order collection, packaging and delivery, and drive efficiency through data-driven analysis.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce warehouse management, with strong leadership, planning and customer-focused mindset. Collaboration with head office functions will be essential.

Qualifikationen

• University graduate (Preferably from Engineering Departments).
• Strong experience in E-commerce (B2C) Warehouse management, Operational KPI and Team Management (at least 5 years).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and other channels.
• Experience in White and Blue collar team management and motivating teams.
• Proficient in using computers and programs.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Self-disciplined, result-oriented with planning and organizational skills.
• Customer satisfaction orientation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage end-to-end E-commerce (B2C) shipping processes at the Arnavutköy E-commerce Logistics Center with close monitoring and analysis.
• Manage collection, packaging and delivery of work orders according to order and lot approvals.
• Improve business efficiency by analyzing E-Commerce Orders and product operations for stores delivery.
• Oversee all daily order processes and operations.
• Organize Product, Stock, Data management and lead the team.
• Set performance KPI criteria and manage the team.
• Ensure orders from abroad follow export processes.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce Operations, Supply Chain, Planning and Customer Services at head office.
