Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a university.
• Experience in sales support, sales operations, customer relations, real estate, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational, planning, and follow-up skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Monitor availability and stock information; share updates with the Sales Team.
• Coordinate quotations, contracts, reservations, and other sales docs.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and customer records.
• Prepare sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate processes between Sales and other departments.
• Support after-sales processes and follow-up actions.
• Communicate professionally with customers in Turkish and English.
• Follow up on ongoing tasks to ensure timely completion.
