Job summary

Datassist, Turkey's leading payroll innovator, seeks a results-driven Sales Specialist to grow our HR Tech and payroll portfolio.

You will identify new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle from outreach to contracts, and collaborate with product and operations to deliver a seamless client experience across Turkey. Hybrid work with travel as needed.

Experience in SaaS sales, strong communication, and the ability to analyze client needs are essential.

Qualifications

1–5 years in B2B sales or business development.
SaaS, HR tech, payroll or financial services experience preferred.
Hunter mindset with cold outreach experience.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate new opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, social selling.
Manage activities from outreach to presentations, proposals, follow-ups and contracts.
Understand client needs and propose Datassist solutions.
Maintain HubSpot records and track opportunities with timely follow-ups.
Build relationships with HR managers, HR directors, CFOs and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams for a seamless experience.
