Job summary

POWER TK AS, part of FÉTIS Group, Türkiye, seeks a sales operations professional to handle inquiries, guide customers to the ecommerce platform, and prepare quotations. You will enter orders into the ERP and coordinate with warehouse and procurement to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service, strong English, and ERP familiarity. This is an on-site position in Çekmeköy, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Strong customer communication and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred).
• Good written and spoken English.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and e-mail, identify their needs and guide them towards suitable products and services.
• Guide customers to the e-commerce platform and support online ordering processes.
• Prepare quotations for products and services, follow up on pricing and delivery terms, and conduct customer negotiations.
• Receive customer orders, enter them into the ERP system and follow the process through to delivery.
• Manage the operational follow-up of spare parts, product and service sales.
• Support the Field Sales Team with product information, technical information, stock/product availability and quotations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement and relevant teams to manage order and delivery processes.
• Follow up on customer requests and complaints and support resolution processes.
• Prepare and analyze sales, customer, campaign and spare parts reports.
• Develop the existing customer portfolio, identify potential customers and strengthen customer relationships.
• Support spare parts warehouse counting and stock control activities during inventory periods.
• Maintain and update customer and supplier databases.
• Support exhibitions, dealer meetings and other commercial events.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ERP processes; experience with IFS is preferred.

Profile required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, sales operations, customer service or a similar role.
• Strong customer communication and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of quotation, order, invoicing and delivery processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS, is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, analytical and follow-up skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in e-commerce and digital sales channels.
• Experience in spare parts, automotive, machinery or technical products is an advantage.
