Job summary

POWER TK A.Ş. invites applications for a Field Parts Sales Representative to drive Perkins engine spare parts sales across the assigned Turkish territory. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, proven B2B sales experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English preferred; CRM/ERP experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering or Business).
• Experience in B2B sales, field sales or new business development preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of spare parts or diesel engines is a plus.
• Proactive market analysis and opportunity identification is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop Perkins engine spare parts sales within assigned territory.
• Grow customer portfolio and nurture existing relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, orders and deliveries.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and events.

We are looking for a Field Parts Sales Representative (PSR) to join Power TK and drive sales growth for Perkins engine spare parts and related products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer portfolio, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales activities for Perkins engine spare parts within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and acquiring new customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and technical solutions.
• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide customers with technical product information and support regarding spare parts selection and applications.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries, ensuring effective coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor sales profitability and ensure compliance with commercial margin objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities, providing regular feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and activity updates.
• Collaborate closely with inside sales, logistics, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, customer events, and product promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in diesel engines, construction equipment, power generation, industrial equipment, automotive spare parts, or related industries.
• Experience in B2B sales, field sales, customer portfolio management, and new business development.
• Ability to understand technical products, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience in customer relationship management, quotation processes, and sales follow-up.
• Proactive approach to market analysis, competitor monitoring, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
