Job summary

Power TK is seeking a Field Parts Sales Representative to drive sales growth for Perkins engine spare parts and related products. You will develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer portfolio to meet sales targets.

The role requires proactive market engagement, regular customer visits, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction in the Turkey market.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales activities for Perkins engine spare parts within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and acquiring new customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and technical solutions.
• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide customers with technical product information and support regarding spare parts selection and applications.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries, ensuring effective coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor sales profitability and ensure compliance with commercial margin objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities, providing regular feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and activity updates.
• Collaborate closely with inside sales, logistics, warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, customer events, and product promotional activities.
