Job summary

MY Executive is seeking a Club Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of a leading Turkish club's facilities. The role reports to the Club President and involves managing the operations team, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will coordinate with the Sports Director, Accountant, and office staff, ensuring safety standards, regulatory compliance, and timely issue resolution. This position is based on-site in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and the Club's facilities and infrastructure.
• Manage suppliers, equipment, maintenance, and technical service processes ensuring safety and occupational health standards.
• Ensure compliance with licenses, insurance requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Lead and coordinate the Club's operational team including the Sports Director, Accountant, and Office Staff, ensuring clear responsibilities and performance.
• Oversee approved budget, operational expenditures, cash flow, supplier payments, and revenue tracking with the accountant.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members regarding operational requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, suppliers, sponsors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize social activities that strengthen member engagement and community.
• Manage facility, field, and logistics operations for Club events.
• Coordinate facility capacity and operational requirements with the Sports Director while respecting their authority.
• Provide operational and logistical support for sponsorship and business development activities.
• Provide the President with concise, proactive updates on key operational matters, risks and developments.
