Job summary

Jotun Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in Turkey is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to plan and oversee maintenance of assets and building systems. The role includes safety, reporting, and coordinating with external service providers.

The ideal candidate has a vocational or associate degree in mechanical fields and 3+ years in maintenance, with basic English and MS Office skills. The position is based in Gebze or the Anatolian side of Istanbul and requires full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma or higher in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in facility and machinery maintenance preferred.
• Health, safety and environment awareness (HSEQ).
• Intermediate English is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and follow up on maintenance of facility assets and systems.
• Support emergency maintenance and intervene when needed.
• Prepare reports of completed maintenance activities.
• Contribute to root cause analysis of recurring or critical failures.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities and KPIs.
• Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repair.
