Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Istanbul/Asia is seeking a facilities coordinator to work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are tracked, implemented, and completed on time.

You will support Property Managers across repairs and investment plans, document workflows, and monitor activities outside the building such as waste disposal and recycling, while following established procedures under direct supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to track performance and progress.
• File work orders, proposals, and department files.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions and ask clarifying questions.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Apply procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver outputs by following defined processes under guidance.
