Job summary

Mars Athletic Club is seeking a Construction & Development Manager to join our Development team at our Ortaköy headquarters in Türkiye. You will lead the opening of new clubs, coordinate with related departments, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred), 10+ years in construction project management, and proven leadership, negotiation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; a Master’s degree in Project Management / Construction Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in mid-to-senior level management roles.
• Experience in the retail sector or in complex superstructure projects (shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, mixed-use developments, etc.).
• Ability to act quickly in crises and unforeseen circumstances, with strong strategic problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management software.
• No travel restrictions, holds a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the seamless and efficient execution of new club openings.
• Strengthen coordination with related departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Deliver all projects on time, within budget, and in line with high-quality standards.
• Conduct technical meetings for leased areas, prepare work matrices, and create contract annexes.
• Monitor progress through regular site visits; ensure compliance with quality, occupational safety, and standards.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with related departments and business partners.
• Prepare regular site reports and progress updates, ensuring transparent communication with senior management and stakeholders.
