Job summary
IE Media, Inc. is a global digital media publisher with a Turkish entity seeking a Finance & Operations Manager to own the operational and financial backbone.
You will work directly with the CEO with no team beneath, handling finance operations, people operations and compliance in Turkey. Responsibilities include payroll, SGK and tax filings, vendor contracts, intercompany reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and Istanbul office management.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in finance operations, business operations, or a combined finance/HR administration role.
Responsibilities
- Own finance operations end-to-end in Turkey: payroll preparation, SGK and tax filings, bank reconciliations, supplier payments.
