Shangri-La Bosphorus Istanbul is seeking a Chinese Restaurant Manager to lead the dining outlet within our luxury 5-star hotel. You will oversee daily operations, drive outlet performance, and ensure impeccable guest service.

Ideal candidates have high English fluency, luxury hospitality experience, and a leadership mindset with strong planning and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

As a Chinese Restaurant Manager, we rely on you to

• Support the Director of F&Bin daily operation
• To assist in maximising the performance of outlets
• Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlets
• Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate

About You

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Creative with an eye for detail
• Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
• Willing to work shifts
