Job summary

Shangri-La Bosphorus Istanbul is seeking a Banquet Service Manager to lead a high-calibre team and ensure exceptional guest service at all banquet events. The role focuses on coordinating daily banquet operations, driving service standards, and supporting F&B leadership in planning and event execution.

The ideal candidate brings experience in luxury hotels, a passion for Food & Beverage, and strong organisational and communication skills in English.

• Experience in luxury or 5-star hotel environments.

• Fluent in English; local language helpful.

About the Role

As a Banquet Service Manager, we rely on you to

• Coach and maximise the performance of the team
• Ensure every guest receives high quality service
• Maintain smooth banquet operation on a daily basis
• Support the Director of Food & Beverage from a planning and organising perspective

About You

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Must have experience working in either a luxury or a 5* hotel environment
• A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Creative with an eye for detail
• Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
• Willing to work shifts
