Fluency in English and a passion for fine hospitality are essential; you will work closely with the F&B leadership, contributing to planning and organizing across shifts at a premier luxury hotel in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or 5* hotel banquet service.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented leader with planning and problem-solving.
• Willing to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coach and maximise the performance of the banquet team.
• Ensure high quality guest service during events.
• Maintain smooth daily banquet operations.
• Support F&B Director with planning and organizing.
