Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul invites applications for a Chinese Restaurant Manager to lead daily F&B operations in a luxury setting. You will work closely with the Director of F&B to maximise performance across outlets and maintain service excellence.

As a Chinese Restaurant Manager, we rely on you to

• Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlets
• Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
• A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
