Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul invites an experienced Banquet Service Manager to lead our luxury event service. You will oversee banquet operations, coach the team, and ensure flawless guest experiences during high-profile events.

Fluency in English and a passion for fine hospitality are essential; you will work closely with the F&B leadership, contributing to planning and organizing across shifts at a premier luxury hotel in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or 5* hotel banquet service.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented leader with planning and problem-solving.
• Willing to work shifts.

About The Role

As a Banquet Service Manager, we rely on you to

• Coach and maximise the performance of the team
• Ensure every guest receives high quality service
• Maintain smooth banquet operation on a daily basis
• Support the Director of Food & Beverage from a planning and organising perspective

About You

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Must have experience working in either a luxury or a 5* hotel environment
• A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Creative with an eye for detail
• Enjoys planning, organising and problem solving
• Enjoys being challenged
• Willing to work shifts
