Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Sales Manager to discover and develop new B2B sales opportunities and lead a senior field and inside sales team. You will coordinate with key accounts, local management, and Global HQ in Germany to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.

Your role involves managing sales operations across machinery, automotive, and industrial sectors, leveraging expert knowledge of industrial connection technologies and SAP-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial)
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales and team management experience
• Experience in multinational or foreign-capital company preferred
• Advanced level of English for global communication
• Proven leadership to manage a senior, tenured sales team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and SAP
• Strong strategic and operational sales management with financial planning
• No travel restrictions

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B sales operations targeting machinery (OEM), automotive, iron and steel, food, and white goods sectors
• Lead inside and field sales teams, coaching and providing performance feedback
• Create annual sales plans and budgets and manage large-scale opportunities
• Coordinate with local management and Global HQ in Germany to maintain customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to win new customers
• Align standard product sales with project sales strategies with the project sales team
• Provide regular budget vs. actual reports and ensure ISO 9001 quality standards
