Job summary
Randstad Türkiye seeks a Senior Customer Quality Engineer based in Bursa (TEKNOSAB) for an automotive partner. You will manage customer quality and claims for OEMs and Tier-1s, lead APQP/PPAP activities, and drive CAPA with production teams.
The role requires 5–6 years in automotive QA, experience with Ford FSP and Hyundai portals, and strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and 8D problem solving. Fluent English is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficient in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, QRQC, FMEA, and 8D problem solving.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to coordinate with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Carry out customer quality and claim management for OEM and Tier-1 customers via portals.
- Participate in APQP and PPAP from project kick-off to SOP.
- Prepare and manage Process FMEA, Control Plans, and test instructions.
- Coordinate root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto) and implement CAPA with production and process teams.
- Lead internal, external, and OEM audits in line with IATF 16949.
- Ensure implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 in related areas.
- Conduct SW parameter control schemes and provide guidance to production floor.
- Authority to stop shipment or stop production for critical non-conformities.
