Job summary

ShyftUp, a mobile-only user acquisition agency, seeks a full-time User Acquisition Manager in Turkey. You will own ASO and Apple Search Ads, manage client needs, and translate insights into recommendations.

A strong analytics background and English communication are essential to drive client success and growth. 3–4 years in mobile app marketing, a business/marketing or economics degree, and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in mobile app marketing, ASO and Apple Search Ads preferred.
Degree in business, marketing, engineering, economics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and quick learner with Excel proficiency.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Data-driven, proactive and able to translate insights into client decisions.
Open to startup culture and fast change.

Responsibilities

Own and operate mobile performance channels, including ASO and Apple Search Ads.
Manage client communications, understand goals, execute and report weekly performance.
Plan and run A/B tests on App Store and Google Play to improve visit-to-install rates.
Plan and execute keyword optimizations to boost rankings and organic installs.
Create, manage, optimize, scale, and report on Apple Search Ads campaigns to meet client targets.
