Job summary

Assistant App is seeking a performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Ads. You’ll manage budgets, run creatives, and scale what works with LTV as your north star and CPI, CPA, and ROAS as your daily compass.

This remote role requires 4+ years in mobile UA, post-iOS 14 SKAdNetwork experience, AI-driven creative production, and end-to-end ownership from strategy to reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in user acquisition.
• Proven ability to scale app budgets in mobile-first environments.
• Deep familiarity with post-iOS 14 / SKAdNetwork measurement.
• Experience with AI tools for creative production.
• Ability to own the full cycle from strategy to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, and Apple Ads
• Manage and scale budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth
• Run creative testing end-to-end using AI tools and extract actionable insights
• Read attribution data (AppsFlyer) and make cohort-level decisions
• Navigate SKAdNetwork measurement constraints and adapt strategy accordingly
• Benchmark performance across App Store and Google Play
