Job summary

Arkhe Games is seeking a data-driven Senior Growth Manager to lead user acquisition and revenue growth for its globally published hybrid casual and puzzle games. You will manage and optimize UA campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok and more, while coordinating with monetization teams to maximize revenue.

You will analyze performance metrics, design tests, and present insights to senior leadership. A strong background in mobile gaming growth and advanced English is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years UA/Growth in mobile gaming
• Advanced experience with performance platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Proficiency with MMP tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Tenjin)
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker)
• Deep understanding of mobile game economy metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV)
• Analytical mindset with rapid test-and-learn approach
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize UA campaigns across major platforms
• Allocate budget by tracking ROAS, CPI, retention, and LTV
• Collaborate with creative to test new ad concepts
• Design and run A/B tests and refine strategies
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities
• Coordinate with mediation and ad monetization teams to maximize revenue
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for senior management
