Job summary

AppNation is seeking a Growth/UA lead to own user acquisition and growth for our AI-powered mobile apps. You will manage budgets across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok, track deep funnel metrics, and scale campaigns with a focus on ROAS.

You will collaborate with product, creative, and data teams, maintain relationships with major ad platforms, and leverage MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust and Amplitude to drive profitable scale. Experience with SKAN and Android/iOS is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing and scaling mobile UA budgets for iOS & Android.
• Proven track record growing budgets while maintaining performance.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok; AppLovin a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze deep funnel data and translate it into budget decisions.
• Familiarity with SKAN, mobile attribution, and MMPs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget UA campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok to maximize ROAS and scale aggressively.
• Own a growing marketing budget, tracking spend end-to-end across channels while protecting marginal ROAS.
• Track deep funnel data — retention, ARPU, LTV, and pROAS by campaign, creative, and cohort to decide where and how much to scale.
• Identify high-performing campaign, creative, and audience combinations early and scale them fast and aggressively.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and data teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and improve the acquisition funnel.
• Maintain direct relationships with account managers at Google, Meta, and Apple to resolve issues and unlock opportunities.
• Use MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust) and Amplitude to turn raw data into profitable scale decisions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to work faster and smarter.
