ShyftUp | App Store Optimization & Mobile App Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated individual to join as a full-time User Acquisition Specialist. The role focuses on owning mobile performance channels, including ASO and Apple Search Ads, and coordinating with clients to achieve growth targets.

You will plan and execute keyword optimizations, run A/B tests for app stores, and report outcomes weekly. A background in marketing or related fields, strong analytics, and excellent English

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management or similar fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Degree in business, marketing, engineering, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate mobile performance marketing channels, including ASO and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage client communications, understand needs and goals, report weekly results.
• Plan and execute A/B tests on App Store and Google Play to improve visit-to-install rate.
• Plan and optimize keywords to improve rankings and organic installs.
• Create, manage, optimize, scale, and report on Apple Search Ads campaigns to meet targets.
